Ordered a replacement Mother's Day arrangement through them after dealing with a terrible arrangement and customer service experience from a national online florist. The online ordering process was smooth and they still had plenty of options even though I was ordering on the holiday, and they delivered the arrangement the next morning. The delivery process was smooth as well and the arrangement was gorgeous (and looked exactly like the pic from their site). No assembly was required from our end, so my mom only had to open it and put it out. I'll definitely be using them again.

Sky (sp?) was so patient and helpful. I needed delivery for a Funeral service within 3 hours, and it was no problem. The arrangement was even more lovely than their website pictured. I will definitely use Viviano's again in the future. Thank you!

If you want a florist that actually feels like an artist’s studio instead of a flower vending machine, this is the place. I'm SO glad I walked into Viviano's after the garbage experience at thrifty beforehand. Night and day difference. The ladies at Viviano's didn’t just sell me flowers — they designed something. They asked who it was for, what she’s like, colors she loves, the vibe I wanted, even how long I needed it to last. Within minutes they were pulling from this incredible selection of blooms in their walk-in cooler I didn’t even know by name. It felt like watching chefs cook without a recipe. What they created was hands-down the most magnificent arrangement I’ve ever given — layered textures, unexpected colors, elegant but bold — a bouquet that felt as original and one-of-a-kind as my unicorn wife is to me. Not cookie-cutter. Not safe. Not boring. Just stunning. I even got something for my daughter too! If you want something meaningful instead of generic, skip the pedestrian cheap flower shops and go straight here. Viviano’s turns flowers into a statement. 🌸

There was a mix-up with the initial flower potted arrangement from this florist, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. When Janet from customer service returned my call, her professionalism genuinely impressed me, she immediately acknowledged the mistake without any hesitation or pushback. What really stood out, though, was how committed she was to making things right. Janet followed up with the nursey manger and kept me updated and made sure the replacement arrangement wasn’t just corrected — it was absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend their service! First picture is from their website and what I was expecting, the second is what was initially delivered and the third was the replacement.

A couple of months before my wedding, I changed my mind from using silk flowers to real flowers for my clutch, and a few boutonnieres / corsages for my husband and our parents. I went in one afternoon and was able to place the order with a regular salesperson, even without meeting with their wedding team. I appreciated this flexibility. A week or so before the wedding, there was an issue with one of the flower choices for my clutch (it was going to be more expensive to have out-of-season peonies), so I appreciated them calling me to switch that so it would not end up costing more. The flowers were ready on time and beautiful, though I did get married on a hot day and some of the decorative greenery (not sure what it is called) sagged quite a bit while taking pictures. I do wish I had known this beforehand, but it is no issue at all (and my fault anyways since I did not meet with the wedding team)! Overall a great experience!

I had Viviano do the flowers for my wedding on October 12th. I showed Rita my inspiration picture & WOW, did she come through for me!!! They all made such gorgeous bouquets for my girls & me! They were all so friendly & helpful! I would highly recommend them for any of your floral needs but especially for your wedding needs! (The picture of just 1 bouquet is the morning after the wedding) Thank you so much for making such beautiful flowers & helping to make my wedding even more beautiful! :)

Vivianos have done it again. They never disappoint. I visit my family in Michigan during the month of May and have for the past few years. My husband and son send me flowers for Mother’s Day, and if I stay through June, for my birthday. They have always chosen Vivianos and if you take a look at my beautiful flowers, you’ll know why.
